Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges

Online Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds, returns or exchanges.

So READ the item details BEFORE you purchase

Please note that due to an increase in orders and most of the items in my shop are handmade by only me, processing and shipping times are longer! So READ the item ETA BEFORE you purchase it

Messages about ETA, cancellations, refunds or anything already addressed in the item detail box will not be answered.

In the event that your order is not correct as a result of an error on our part (incorrect product or size), or an item comes damaged please contact us at officialroyalbluellc@gmail.com

For a damaged item to be acknowledged a picture of the item has to be taken and sent to us within 24 hours of item delivery. The damaged item will then be sent a replacement item with the same processing, sewing, and shipping time frame as the original item. 

We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 1 hour of the transaction completion are accepted as long as the order has not began to be processed and/or shipped. In the event that the item has already been processed or shipped, a cancellation within one hour of the purchase will not be given.  

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

  • This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
  • Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.
  • We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.


We reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Official Royal Blue items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.


Store Exchanges

Because we can't ensure the style/size required will be available by the time returned items come back us we are unable to accommodate exchanges.


Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items 

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us via the Contact Form.  or email us at officialroyalbluellc@gmail.com. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
